Experience empowering conversations with dedicated and experienced life coach and psychotherapist Liz Merriweather.
Liz graduated from Spring Arbor College in 1982 and began her career working with youth in residential settings. She went on to further her education, graduating in 1997 from Eastern Michigan University with a Master's Degree in Social Work. She continued working with children and families in both residential, outpatient and community based programs for the next thirteen years.
In 2001 Liz founded Pathways to Wholeness; Life Coaching, Inc. and has earned life coaching certification from the Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT), an International Coaching Federation accredited program. Liz works as a "life change facilitator" via the miracles of life coaching and as a partner with Artist Development Coaching, an organization founded in 2010 by Liz and her musician husband, Carlos. Artist Development Coaching is devoted to furthering the personal and professional lives of musicians.
Liz is affiliated with the International Coach Federation and is past treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Chapter. Liz’s love of music was nurtured from a young age by musician parents. She studied clarinet at Interlochen Center for the Arts, the world's first and foremost fine arts boarding high school. Liz continues to enjoy playing clarinet and piano. She is an avid reader, is enthusiastic about music, networking, bodybuilding, and outdoor activities.
